What IS The Inspo Box?

Monthly Collaborations: Each month we collab with an Indigenous artist and or craft business to bring an exclusive item for you to use.

Beads: 2-5 style beads will always come in your box, after all this is our essence.

Findings/Components: Get ready to try some unique hooks, CZ connectors, 24k gold plated jump rings, stainless steel chain and more!

Cupchain Banding: These chains come in assortment of styles, shapes, colors and sometimes exclusively manufactured for our boxes!

Patterns: Raynie draws patterns for you to use and sell finished beadwork with. These are universal patterns curated for all artists.

Challenges: each quarter we host challenges that include working with a new product, trying a new bead technique and more!

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, USPS first class

Who is responsible for Taxes/Duty fees?

All customers from out of the US are responsible to pay their taxes/duties/fees.

What is the return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. However, we are willing to work with extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee replacement.

Do I have to be Indigenous to subscribe to the monthly box?

Absolutely not. We love serving the whole bead community.

How long does shipping take?

All monthly subscriptions are shipped from the 1st-5th of each month.

US customers can expect 3-7 business days

International customers can expect anywhere from 10-20 days depending on location.

We are not responsible for the delay of mail caused by the USPS system. Unfortunately, we don't have control over that.

Holidays may cause delays.

Can I sell the beadwork made from patterns that were included in the box?

Yes! Once you receive a box with a pattern download you have ownership over the pattern. Which means, you can use it any way you want with your beadwork. However, by signing up for the Inspo box you agree not to re-sell the original pattern.

What if my payment fails to process?

If your payment fails to process within the first 5 days of the month your subscription will automatically cancel. You will need to resubscribe but are not guaranteed a box for the month your payment fails.

I can't find the previous month Insiders club. What do I do?

Each month we will share the current month's Insider club. Please be sure to download patterns and any information you want to keep. Once the month is over, the next month will load.

If I cancel my subscription on the first of the month can I get a refund?

No. You must cancel anytime before your next payment. It is the customers responsibility to log into the account to cancel, pause or skip before the next payment is processed.
