When an item is shipped, an email with tracking information is sent by our system.
How long after ordering will my package ship?
All inspiration boxes ship within 2-3 days after the payment processes.
How do I cancel my Inspo Box subscription?
Log into your account from the menu, and you will find options to cancel or update your shipping information.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling it?
Yes, you may pause it 2 times in a year. The subscription will cancel on the 3rd attempt. You must resubscribe if that occurs.
